Hi all,
I have been using Empire Heating and Air for many years now. They replaced my whole system in 2019. This install has since worked great and saved me alot of money! Thank you Impire!
The service I recieved the other day was provided with excelence, incredible focus and professionalism!!! Jacoby was the technician and without complaint did a fantastic job all the while I was getting a new roof. Jacoby is an amazing young man and a pleasure to talk to!

The technician, Kobe (sp?), was on time & since we had not met before he took time to listen to what we wanted from the service call. Our system is on the older side & he gave us good input about our concerns with the unit. He was knowledgeable & reassuring which we appreciate very much.
Empire has always provided me with prompt and honest service. Their pricing has always been better than fair. The pricing was for a one year maintenance contract that provides maintenance for two units, both heating and cooling.
