New 2/25 Today’s class was GOODT! Nicole taught a few things that most of us hadn’t done before, using the chair. She was patient, kind, and funny… and ensured we got a full workout at the same time! My experience thus far has been a great one. Thanks to the Decatur Team!! ?

I attended Pilates class for the first time and I absolutely loved it! The staff was amazing and very clear in explaining how Pilates works. I was so pleased I decided to join. I’m looking forward to being a part of the Pilates community!!
