I booked my appointment online, paid in full, and even left a tip, only to arrive and find out that Slab was incarcerated and unavailable. The shop owner, Chris, refused to refund my payment.

This was an extremely disappointing experience. Situations like this make it difficult to support businesses when customers are treated unfairly. I paid for a service that was never provided, and I expect a full refund.
