I purchased a wig by accident which I discovered when I got outside. I immediately walked back in to return it knowing they only allow exchanges. LSS they refused to even let me exchange it eventho the time on the receipt was 7 min ago. And the essentials -combs, brushes,- are overpriced (like we don't know that the tears have ended) and cheap quality.

They are a great selection a huge variety of wigs all colors n lengths... I would give the. 5 starts except 2 reasons.. I went looking for frutis garnier for ny hair they didn't have it in that huge store. And they have like a little mini mart for eyelashes .. a great huge section with alllll black eyelashes.. like really??? How many different black eyelashes we really need? Can we have a selection?? Brown?? Some other colors or designs? This 2025 ppl are not all jet black

CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE PURCHASING. I shop here at least once a month. Last week I purchased Shea butter only to get home and discover it was expired and so rancid when opened it had my entire house smelling like poop. I called to get my money back only to learn they don’t do returns or exchanges. I usually love the products I buy here but moving forward I will check every one before leaving the store. I’m so disappointed a month’s worth of product in the trash, I wish I could add photos
