Yesterday May 13th, I visited Chan Bay Nail Spa. Services i received were Full set nails, eyebrows & pedicure all done by Amber. While I had delightful experience. I'm said to say my Pedicure on my left foot has no polish on it! For what i paid this is really unacceptable. I'm out of town for my birthday Friday May 15th & now I have to go & pay to get my Pedicure republished. My nails and eyebrows were done to perfection, the Pedicure is very disappointing
I have since changed my review to 3 stars! Amber got attitude because she saw me with another technician and stop speaking to me! When I made my appointment amber wasn't there! I only used 2 people amber and Vivian. When 1 not there I use the other which is my choice! So she needs to adjust her attitude, that's very unprofessional. And I have gone to Vivian 4x and had issues everytime! First it was communication then other issues and i asked for one thing the last time which was a certain chrome cover she said she had it but at the end she didn't and didn't tell me until she actually put on the chrome color! So I'm done going to try a new one now
I mostly come for my eyebrows by Mary. She get me right everytime! Jasmine is the best nail tech. You just got to get a tech and keep them because it will not be the same work or experience. I came when Mary was on vacation and left looking a hot mess lol.
