Although it is bitter sweet to be leaving due to EXTREME unnecessary price increases and staff changes they lost their PERSONAL touch that kept me coming from all parts of ga just for their service but today ALICIA showed me why I choose them in the beginning! She went WAY BEYOND what she was REQUIRED OR EVEN PAID EXTRA TO DO which is just GOOD OLD CUSTOMER SERVICE… she could have easily did her job and left it at that but she noticed YES SHE NOTICED THEY DIDNT PAY HER TO DO IT BUT THE SYSTEM SOFTWARE WASNT WORKING PROPERLY SHE FIGURED IT OUT and provided a SOLUTION rather than an excuse! What a great experience! The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Sooooo much better than a big corporate chains that place profits over patients. The optician helped me find the best pair of glasses for my budget.
Absolutely wonderful as always!!! I managed to be the last customer to be served at this location after they had been opened for 30 years. I will never forget finding this hidden gem. It was always packed because they’ve always given the best service!
