Dr. McDiehl is truly an amazing OB/GYN. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always makes you feel confident that you are receiving the very best care. From the moment you walk into her office, she takes the time to listen attentively to every concern without ever making you feel rushed.
What really sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares about her patients. She makes an effort to get to know you as a person, not just a chart, which creates a level of comfort and trust that is so important in women’s healthcare. Her compassion, professionalism, and dedication are unmatched.
If you are looking for a doctor who is thorough, kind, and truly invested in your wellbeing, Dr. McDiehl is the best!

I’ve been a patient here for 32 years through the birth of my 3 children and now as a grandma in menopause and throughout there has been the highest quality of care. I’ve always found the office to be run efficiently and the physicians and nurses to be excellent. Currently being treated by Dr. Duncan, who is compassionate and really takes her time with you and listens. I haven’t seen her in a long time but love that Dr. Bonk is still there and practicing.

I have been a very happy patient at this practice for more than two decades. Dr. Mandeville is absolutely wonderful and she delivered both of my children. The team is always professional, polite, and easy to work with.

Meant to post last year. Update: First, I found this office just googling midwives initially. I saw Jabria (2024) and she was very sweet and caring for as much as she could giving the situation. Unfortunately, I experienced a miscarriage and is unable to try again from the exciting surprise when I first found out that I was expecting. When I got my first u/s, the young lady doing it was very insensitive and immediately said there is no heartbeat and she said it should be at that point. My heart dropped. I complained to Jabria how she handled me during the u/s, very insensitive, which was extra hard for me as it was. The 2nd u/s wasn't any better with how abrupt she was. I didn't understand why say anything if I didn't ask esp if she can't be sympathetic. I saw Amy the follow time and she advised me on next steps and highly recommended what needed to happen and gave me several good reasons why vs the latter. I said ok given my mental state and emotionally upset and agreed with what she recommended. Boy, should I have asked about how they bill and how much. I expected more but not doubling in how it's billed or even the amount of everything.
Second, I understand everyone has to make a living and get paid but double/triple dipping is so wrong. I did have balances from each office visit that I paid directly to the office from each visit when I saw who I saw at the office. Then when I had to see Dr. Rachel (which was only at the hospital), I was billed over 3k from the hospital plus about $900 for a visit from the office that I never saw the dr at the office on that date of service that was billed to my insurance. What's strange is that I was also billed for a physician fee at the hospital among other things and a office visit from the practice. How is this even legal? If that's how they bill, they should tell patients up front that they bill like that where the dr get paid for being at the hospital plus time missing from the office so the patient needs to pay. Not everyone insurance eats the costs of how they bill. Only, the office have sent me to collections and now it's currently on my credit report. So the damage is really done. Consent reminder. I wish I had asked more questions about their billing esp after the first visit at the office when I received that first bill and we back a forth a few times about them removing something that shouldn't be on there but I was so consumed with my grief and didn't investigate or put the energy in the other times.

I've been going to Atlanta, Gynecology and Obstetrics for several years, first to Dr. Bonk, and then to Dr. McDiehl after Dr Bonk retired. I like this practice so much more than any other I've been to. They listen to me and are concerned about my care. I have always received excellent medical care from them.

I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care my OB-GYN, Dr. Erin Duncan provided during my surgery at Emory Decatur Hospital. Dr.Duncan is compassionate, thorough, and very knowledgeable which made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process, from the initial consultation to the scheduled surgery. Her surgical skill was exceptional, and my recovery is going smoothly because of her expertise. I truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend Dr Erin Duncan to anyone seeking excellent care. I would also like to extend a warm Thank you to Tiwauna, the Surgery Coordinator for making the process seamless, answering all my questions in a timely manner, regarding paperwork and the process. The RN Nurse, Patricia, was also amazing, providing me with feedback with general concerns, Post surgery.
Heartfelt Thank You, Dr. Duncan and to your wonderful medical team. God Bless!

I've seen my OBGYN at Atlanta Gynecology & Obstetrics for about 2 years, and this practice just guided me through the birth of my first child! I'm a huge fan of the practice's partnership between midwives and OBs, and each provider is lovely in their own right (styles / bedside manners do differ, so be sure to rotate a bit if you're expecting). The nurses are so warm and recognize me to say hello every visit. The practice provided evidence-based care for any prenatal complications, happily collaborated with my doulas during birth, and has provided *superb* follow-ups postpartum (including medical lactation support). I would not hesitate to choose this group again for my most critical and meaningful healthcare!

Caring and professional nurses, medical assistants, receptionists, doctors, and midwives. You get to have appointments with multiple nurses, midwives, and doctors to get a feel of everyone. This was new to me, but I found it to be pretty cool because you are getting to see and know how different people work. Kia was always nice and very professional. Cici always stayed on top of of the paperwork as soon as you sent your document or forms or any emails. This is a safe and postive environment. I enjoy speaking with the receptionist Christine who cracks me up everytime. I'd recommend AGO to anyone. The medical assistants Keandra, Shaneice, and Janice were always supportive, kind, and very sweet. My midwife was Jabria and she is very kind, supportive, and a great listener. Whenever I had questions she always found time to answer any questions I had. Also, Dr. Erin Duncan who delivered my twins takes her job very seriously. If she feels their is a concern she will let you know right away. She is also very approachable and also direct. I enjoy everyone at AGO.

This location in particular doesn’t use MyChart, they used another system which was really confusing and the energy there …….. I just always received negative news any appointment I had. I don’t know, just a weird vibe there. My doctor was Kia Wyatt - who I barely saw - I would always be directed towards another doctor and when I did see her, it always felt like I was bothering her or that I grossed her out with my questions. She probably didn’t mean any harm but I just did not feel comfortable there. Not to mention my balance wasn’t paid in time enough so I couldn’t see them if I had a problem or an emergency that did NOT require the emergency room because they automatically sent it to collections. I don’t even remember what they were charging me for but a lot had to do with ultrasounds because I miscarried when I was going to this location and had problems with my menstrual. There have been other problems I’ve experienced with this location that I will not elaborate on.
So far, attending the location in buckhead, they are very patient and I feel very comfortable with Dr. Holly Sternberg. Granted, I don’t see her every appointment as well because she is a on- call obstetrician and thats understandable. Love her personality and her attitude. Pertaining my balance that I currently have with the location in Buckhead, they do not send my account to collections to where I can no longer see them until it’s paid. They ask they next time I can pay and they will move it back.
