Mike & his crew did a great job with the install of a new Rheem high efficiency HVAC, arrived as scheduled, once complete cleaned all the debris along with removing the old equipment. I have used Southern Comfort for the past ten years, this was the third unit Mike has installed in both the main residence along with rental properties. Very competitive when it comes to pricing etc.

I was extremely pleased with Joey! He gave us notice on his arrival and was there on time . He took the time to walk me through everything he was doing.. he had confidence and gave me great suggestions about our system..He spent 30 minuets in the attic in 115 degree heat and never said a word about it. Very reassuring! I love these guys and they are fair!!

Simple, painless, and professional HVAC replacement. Our 14-year old ducted 2-1/2 ton heat-pump still worked, but as a R-22 system, it was probably not repairable if something failed. Decided this was the year to replace it. Asked Mike of Southern Comfort to come by and make suggestions. He asked me questions, discussed my answers, and designed a system that demonstrated his detailed knowledge of the equipment he was selling and installing. His crew removed my old system and installed the new system in just one day! Could not be happier with the installation and the system overall. Highly Recommended.
