Serenity gets the job done the first time. You go in for Botox, and it works. They offer many services, and they give there all to each service. The whole staff is very friendly and customer service oriented. I’ve referred them to a lot of people.

On 5/9 I booked my appointment online and was immediately charged for a future appointment. On 5/16, I showed up 30 minutes early to my CONFIRMED 1hr appointment to be told I didn’t have an appointment. She stated they left me a message that she was not accepting new clients. If that’s the case then do NOT confirm the appointment & charge my credit card! I took off work early so I could prep for my vacation and was charged $190 for something I did not get. I showed her my charge and she said they did not have a transaction. This is a terrible way to treat a new patient especially one very vocal in the community.

I did not go here but wanted to give 5 stars for their service because I booked a facial while vacationing near Helen and followed the directions from yelp. When I realized the place was an hour away, I called an hour before and they gave me my money back. Not sure why yelp directions said 20 minutes when it's really more than 45, but I thought that was amazing and they deserve the good review!!

I would highly recommend Serenity Med Spa for all your skin care treatments. Desarae spent over an hour on a winter hydrating peel in a very relaxing environment. She is also excellent at explaining what products work well for your individual skin type. This was most helpful to me as advertisements make all products sound great. They are not!! I will definitely be seeing Desarae again and Serenity for my Botox. The entire staff is delightful and knowledgeable. Thank you Desarae for a pleasant experience. Glenda Holmes
