His estimate was fair, detailed and he gave great suggestions for our yard. He was honest every step of the way about scheduling and keeping his timeline to begin the work. As with any home improvement project, sometimes accidents happen or mistakes get made. How the company responds to these situations really shows their true worth. Steve was responsive, sent his project manager out to assess the problems and get them all corrected promptly. The work was completed to our satisfaction and his crew left our yard, sidewalk & driveway spotless. We will use Southern Elegance for future projects!”

“I hired ITM Landscape for a complex backyard drainage project, and overall I’m very pleased with the final result. The scope included tying two gutter downspouts into an underground main that feeds water from an inground drain box they installed which then empties into a dry creek bed with hardscaping and decorative boulders and plants. They finished the area by removing what was left of the old lawn and laying new sod.<br><br>Eric was especially helpful — when I had trouble visualizing the initial design, he came back out for a second visit to walk me through the layout in person, which I really appreciated. The dry creek bed they built looks beautiful and natural. They also replaced an old, crumbling paver stone wall with a solid rubble stone border that they properly anchored, creating a much more stable edge around my AC units. The ground preparation was thorough: they removed the old depleted grass and smoothed out the area nicely before laying the new sod.<br><br>The crew worked long hours in the hot sun without complaint, and the project was completed on time and within the original proposal amount.<br><br>The only area that could have been smoother was communication, particularly around scheduling the project start and coordinating the utility companies in a timely fashion to mark the area. Not a show stopper but made it difficult to sync up our schedule with theirs.<br><br>Overall, ITM Landscape delivered a functional and attractive drainage solution that has already made a big improvement. I would recommend them, especially for homeowners who want both practical drainage work and nice-looking hardscaping and planting for a reasonable cost.”

“If you have an opportunity to work with this group take it! Pure professionalism throughout the process and with all their workers who demonstrated skills in meeting the tasks. From the introductory meeting to discuss property concerns, the owner provided clear information. He answered questions, could talk/educate about the various types of trees on the property, and what were priorities or could wait. He explained their process, which held true when the team arrived.<br><br>Each team greeted me and shared their process, then got directly to the task of tree removal, trimming, and stump grinding as agreed to. There were no surprises, just positive professional work by the team.<br><br>For me, watching the team cut down huge high tree branches was witnessing skilled professionals as this occurred without hitting the house or harm to themselves. This supported the decision to cut down trees over the house because now I could understand better the amount of harm that could have happened if these huge branches hit the house.<br><br>Looked at the stump grinding, again, amazing to me! The first stump was close to five feet circumference, huge! Now just dust.<br><br>The grinding of the stump, allowed for better angles for the new fence they also did. It too was complicated in a timely manor, before the anticipated deadline. The workers hauled the wood from the street to parts of the yard away from the road to complete the job.<br><br>I'm very happy with their work and their prices. I felt it was a good deal for us to get more work done in shorter time period. Their team was trustworthy, well mannered, and dedicated to the process. Additionally, there clean up on both days were excellent, leaving us better than when they came.<br><br>Again, highly recommend for their knowledge, ease of working with them, professionalism throughout the process. I will work with them again without reservations. Special thanks to their full team.”
