He actually answered his phone (a miracle), showed up the same day (another miracle), and had us chilling again in no time. I always check every business reviews to read what other people have experienced with them. I give Elite Heating and Air a 5-star review because they are indeed excellent at what they do. Tim personally handled my problem from beginning to end and orchestrated the replacement of my central air/heating furnace. He was diligent and thorough in his diagnosis of my old unit and took the time to explain to me how the major parts of the unit are supposed to work. Once I agreed to the cost, he mobilized his Team rapidly. They came, removed the old system, installed the new and before they left, they checked the whole unit to make sure it was functioning.
