Exceptional work. Wonderful family owned business that cares about their customers and makes sure everything is done correctly and to satisfaction. Easy to work with and takes care of problems quickly. Highly recommend.
AC went out on Saturday night. I called Duncan Sunday morning and Cathy answered the phone. They had a technician out first thing Monday morning. Jeff identified the the problem and had me chilling in no time. This is the only company I have used the last several years and plan to continue using. Jeff does a great job and Duncan never tries to over sell service or products. Highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing service from Duncan heating and air. Cole and the gentleman he had with him, I completely forgot his name, they got our unit up and running in less than the time he estimated. Very warm and welcoming company. We will be doing business again in the future with them.
