You can't get thru to them on the phone. Wait time is ridiculous with the most annoying canned music. No matter what time I try it goes right to music then someone says hold please and you grow old waiting for them to come back on the line. Most times I give up. i will be finding a new eye center.

Honestly, every single person on their team, right from the moment you walk in the door to meeting the doctors, is incredibly kind and professional. They really go above and beyond with their service, and the doctors themselves are just wonderful. You truly feel like they genuinely care and take such great care of you, making sure you're comfortable and understand everything. It's such a relief to know you're in such capable and compassionate hands! The place is absolutely clean and beautiful!

It’s always a great experience visiting Dr. Carla! She’s so very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything! we’re so fortunate to have this vision practice in our community! And the staff is always wonderful too!
