“I had a massage with Stephanie last Saturday and by Monday was like a new person. I had scheduled an appointment with an Orthopedist later that week due to neck and shoulder pain. I thought I had a spine problem. Stephanie really listened to me and addressed the pain directly. I started to feel better almost immediately. I believe a long flight delay the week before was the final straw😬. I cancelled my doctor’s appointment because by Monday the knots in my neck were gone and my pain had subsided.
