I had a massage with Stephanie last Saturday and by Monday was like a new person. I had scheduled an appointment with an Orthopedist later that week due to neck and shoulder pain. I thought I had a spine problem. Stephanie really listened to me and addressed the pain directly. I started to feel better almost immediately. I believe a long flight delay the week before was the final straw😬. I cancelled my doctor’s appointment because by Monday the knots in my neck were gone and my pain had subsided. I will be back to see her in a preventative way!

Went in to see Stephanie for the first time this week. I have been suffering for quite a while with chronic pain and stiffness in my neck and traps. I was totally amazed at her expertise in methodically locating and dealing with root causes of my pain. So happy to say I can turn my head with a full range of motion for the first time in quite a while. I will definitely be following up with her going forward. So thankful I gave her a try. And I highly recommend her with a full five stars! I would have rated her above five stars if I could.

After an injury, which tightened my right hip area, causing a slight recurrence of a lower back issue, Stephanie took plenty of time talking with me before and after, covering everything! Being able to quickly relate to her regarding numerous issues, she Recommended several supplements! She also recommended working with a chiropractor and continuing with the medical massage/stretching massages! It's been one week Since I saw her. I'm seeing a chiropractor today!
