West Yellow Knife always has a wonderful selection for DIY home makeover projects. Definitely our first go to if we are trying to find a deal. Chip and his employees go above and beyond with their customer service.
Nice and friendly staff. Always good prices good selection but unfortunately getting the correct product from inside the store to the truck seems to be a little snafu. Not a complaint other than living 40 miles away only to turn around and take it back and swap for what I had ordered. Great people
Good place to get discounted flooring. They have both stock (can get more if needed in future) and discontinued lots. You can get 8 to 20 MIL for same price or less that you pay for lower MIL at the box stores. I haven't bought other building materials (Doors, bath fixtures, HVAC units, Windows, hardware items), but they have good prices on everything if what they have is what you need. Unless you shop there regularly, only buy what you need. Their return policy is reasonable, but they only give store credit even on regularly stocked items. Receipt required.
