I was seen here for flu diagnosis this past Sunday. I am 72 years old and everyone was kind and patient with me. I was diagnosed with flu A. The lady helped me lie down comfortably while I waited for the results of my flu test. I so appreciated that because I was just too weak to sit up comfortably.
The front desk was very informative and kind!
The nurses and Dr was very helpful and kept me informed as to what test I would be having and how approximately how long it would take for results!
Thank You Wellstar Urgent Care for the warmth and welcoming. Upon arrival the front desk clerk was very nice and approachable she made sure the check in process was very clear and understanding. I would like to thank Marissa for hearing our concerns to make sure everything was documented with care. Last but not least Dr. Shanna Parsley was Amazing she treated my son with respect and kindness. This is what it feels like to be treated with the most uplifting respect and pure positivity of care.
