We had a company that we used and was very pleased but he retired and sold the company. The new company was not a good experience so we ask around and Rainwater was recommended. I did not do the twice a year service agreement because I wanted to meet the tech with the company and see how that experience was. Bret was very professional and told me exactly what he was doing. We had an issue with a company that cleaned our ducts which they did a good job but the tech with the duct cleaning company told us we had mold in our unit. I was very upset about the mold. Blake was wonderful and very helpful explained everything and gave me some pointers on keeping my system running smooth. Also office personal was wonderful enjoyed the conversation and very helpful.

When the zone board for my HVAC was on the blink, I called a well-known big name HVAC company I’ve used before. The price they gave me to replace the board and dampers gave me a heart attack.
I looked at my neighborhood FB group to see if anyone had previously recommended an HVAC company. Rainwater was the only one that came up so I thought I would give them a shot.
I am so glad I did!!!
The office person who handles the phones and scheduling was so sweet and friendly (there are still people who smile over the phone!) and got someone out I think the next day.
