Five stars all the way. As an elementary mom, lice is my worst nightmare, and this salon was a total lifesaver. Kaila was calm, knowledgeable, and amazing with my two kids, helping them feel comfortable right away. She also put me at ease and reassured me that I, in fact, did not have to burn my whole house down. The treatment was thorough, gentle, and—most importantly—100% effective. The salon was clean, discreet, and completely judgment-free. We left lice-free and incredibly relieved. I’m so grateful for Kaila’s expertise and care.

A different salon ruined my hair last week, I was so sad. I came to Phillips 47 Salon to hopefully get it fixed. My stylist Lavoyrea literally saved my hair. She performed a miracle. I can’t thank her enough. She was so sweet and you can tell she knows what she is doing. She took her time and made sure my hair looked amazing at the end. I’m so happy to have found her and will be coming to her from now on when I need my highlights done! Definitely recommend her! ✨

Booked online last minute and it was the best decision. Kaila hit it out of the park. I’m a natural gray (no color process, just blue shampoo) and have been trimming my own hair for about 2 years. Kaila did exactly what I wanted and it turned out beautifully… long layers and fixed whatever mess I created by trimming myself. She’s super sweet, outgoing, personable, and friendly. Love, love, love my hair.
