So I had my first appointment in January 2025 with Julie. Loved her she sat there and listened. I have my second appointment July 2025 and I seen Mary love her to so sweet and answered anything i had a question for. I had blood work done well i guess she didn’t put in i needed my A1C checked. So i called the office the next business day and asked them to send the doctor a message because on the app my messages don’t work. The lady told me she send a message to Julie. Well two days go by and i haven’t heard anything so i called back. The person at the front said they sent it to Mary because that’s who i seen. The lady up front don’t know anything everytime i asked her something her answer was I don’t know. Well you don’t have other providers that can read the messages incase it was something serious I have to wait a week for the doctor to read my message that’s a bit ridiculous. They have to much on their plate and have no idea what they are doing. I’m kinda disappointed after hearing so much about the place. Maybe the Spa services have a better luck.

I went to see Amy Evans for my Botox and filler. I was thinking about lip filler as well however Amy was so honest with me she suggested to do a lip flip on my top lip instead. When I tell you she did such a fantastic job on with the placement of my injections girl knows exactly what she is doing!! I use to get my filler done at another place, but Amy did it such much better!! She made my face look 10 yrs younger no joke! The lip flip turned out so good (I have a beautiful full top lip now) it’s not too much.. looks so natural. I would recommend Amy if you are wanting to get any kind of filler. She made me look and feel so beautiful ❤️ I defiantly will be back for any touch ups in the future! Thank you Mrs Amy Evans for doing such a fantastic job! You rock 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Everyone I encountered- from the ethereal Natalie at the reception to Kayla- was absolutely lovely, competent, and emotionally invested in the well-being and satisfaction of their patients. It was a pleasure and I'll definitely be back.

Love the girls at It Is Well. Medspa is amazing and Taylor is the GOAT. The new Medspa makeover is beautiful. It gives a very calming and welcoming feel. And don't forget the ladies on the primary care side they are caring, patient and always kind everytime I have been there. The only reason for my 4 star rating is that, I haven't had a great experience with the "new" office manager. For my own personal reasons. Other, than that it's a great place all around.
