I had a small issue with my service call and emailed my concerns to their office. I was contacted and shared my concerns about the service.... BEST customer service & warranty. You can call on these people for honesty and integrity. JOHN MASSEY was immediately dispatched to my home and he was awesome. Great customer service, they actually care about their reputation. I would never call another company because of the customer care presented by ATLANTIS PLUMBING. GOOD JOB
Huge shout out to Brian, Eric and Justin at Atlantis Plumbing! Repaired a water leak at the meeter. Had to cut out massive tree roots just to get to the pipie. Despite the challenges, they provided fast, efficient service and provided accurate and timely quotes. Could not be happier with these guys. Thank you for everything!
Tony from Atlantis came to my home to change out my water cartridge, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and working perfectly before leaving.
Tony explained the process clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area clean when he was done. It’s hard to find technicians these days who genuinely care about customer service, but Tony definitely went above and beyond.
I highly recommend Tony and Atlantis to anyone needing service. Great work, great attitude, and a very smooth experience overall!
