Excellent roadside service!
The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is due to the lack of communication from office staff. I emailed multiple times to request a detailed receipt for my insurance company, but never received a response.
The actual experience with technicians was phenomenal & I would highly recommend. I needed a recovery, not a standard tow. This is definitely who I would call again in the future. Just make sure you don't need a detailed receipt.
Will is by far the best technician and professional I have received service from in a long time. This guy made a tool on the spot to get the job done!! He also taught me how to plug a tire and offered me Gatorade. I hope everyone one day is able to experience this type of customer service. The minute I am free, I will find this company and me and my family will give back as this guy literally was great. Thank you for a job well done!
