7/28/24 update>>>…. I chose Hammonds & am in my 3rd year, no issues, humans answer the phone(!!), got a great deal & 10yr warranty& customer service is always friendly!
Prev review— I haven’t chosen a vendor yet for HVAC but their proposal was super professional.
Jasen did an assessment of our system and noticed that there were some inconsistencies with the way things were wired and wiring that was missing.
He repaired these inconsistencies and now our system is running more efficiently.
We've had our system serviced by another company for the past 10+ years and they never noticed these issues. Makes me wonder if that was their way of pressuring us to get a new unit. That company was an embarrassment to the companies that care about their customers and do honest work.
I will be recommending Zack Hammond to everyone, and recommending that everyone steer away from the other company!!

We have used Zach Hammonds Heating & AC for years and have been very pleased with the service and level of knowledge the technicians have. Chad is our favorite, but I'm sure everyone else is great as well!
