By the reviews I read, I had the expectation this would be a good experience for my child's haircut. Unfortunately, the haircut took an hour and a half, they insisted on washing her hair, water got in her eyes, they soaked her shirt, and put a wet towel behind her, and then proceeded to continue to tell her to hold still during the cut. For an 8-year-old, she was melting down. I had to set a timer to get her off the chair and to the bathroom. This is not a place for children to get their haircuts. We highly recommend Pigtails and Crewcuts, and came here because that place was closed. Really nice people, just not a place for children.

My daughter and I came to Katie at Smart Cuts for cut and color service and Katie did a beautiful job! Katie is so talented and knowledgeable when it comes to cutting hair and color mixing!! Our hair has SO MUCH VOLUME, it’s gorgeous. I’m so blessed to have found her and we will be returning for our touch up!!! Katie’s hands are magic! I recommend Katie to all friends and family!
