My precious French Bulldog, Cash, will be staying for a week over the Fourth of July while my family gathers in Florida for a reunion. Even on short notice, the owner, Christy, graciously welcomed me for a tour and took the time to walk me through exactly what each day would look like for my sweet boy. She explained that he could bring his favorite blanket, would receive his regular meals, have plenty of outdoor time, and stay in a separate, climate-controlled area designed for his comfort and safety.

The facility was spotless, cool, and well-maintained, and every dog I saw appeared happy, relaxed, and well cared for. I especially loved that each kennel had a personalized sign displaying the dog’s name, identification, feeding instructions, and other important details. That level of organization and attention to detail gave me tremendous peace of mind.

Indian Shoals Pet Resort has the charm of a cozy country farm while offering the quality and professionalism of a luxury boarding facility. It’s conveniently located near the Dacula/Bethlehem area, which is another huge plus.

I trust Christy and her team completely and know my little Cashy will be loved and well cared for during his stay. It’s such a comfort to know he’ll be in a safe, clean, and welcoming home away from home. “I’ve been to several vets in the area. This vet practice is awesome (I’ve waited a year to truly “vet” them). My definition of a good vet- they don’t “push” stuff on you. They work with you and honor your wishes. The main vet here… she works her butt off. I appreciate and respect her so much.
I’ll add that many vets are run by “big business” (like big companies that buy homes and rent them, for example), which means they must follow certain rules, and encourage (push) certain medications and shots (much like the current human medical for-profit business model).“
