“Quick Fix is a perfect name for this company. I sent a message on their website after 10 pm on Monday when my dryer went out and requested an appointment. I didn't expect a response to set up the appointment until Tuesday morning but got a response a little after 11 pm that they could come tomorrow between 8-10. I said that is fine but I have an appointment and have to leave my home promptly at 11:15. Igor showed up on time Tuesday morning with the needed part on his truck. My dryer that went out Monday night was up and running by 10:30 Tuesday morning. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs appliance repairs.“
“I highly recommend Pierre Refrigeration Services!!! *** came out on a Mon. to assess our 25+ yr. old commercial refrigerator's cooling problem. Because there was a lot of ice on the top of the refrigerator (inside), *** said we needed to turn it off and let it 'thaw out'. He said to call him when the ice had melted, and he would return. I called him Tues. afternoon and he (and his assistant ****) came out in less than 2 hours! He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed the refrigerator. I am SOOOOOO glad that I called *** for a 2nd opinion because a previous guy had told me that a part needed to be replaced, but that the part was now obsolete/no longer available (because of the age of the refrigerator)!!! Thanks to ***'s knowledge, we were able to keep the refrigerator....it is working like new! *** (and ****!) are very honest, efficient, and know what they are doing!!!!!!!!!! AND, *** did not charge me an arm and a leg...his fee was very reasonable! “
