Dr V consistently provides a good service - she listens to my issues and I feel tailors the adjustment to my needs.
I have visited Canton , Cumming and the Collections locations and find Dr V the best for me.
However I have been adjusted by another person at Collections locations and had a different experience - “loud lady” here ( I do not know her name) , when I mentioned that Dr V had adjustment my arms to give me relief from my discomfort made the comment “I would be here all day if I did that” and did not do the arm adjustment that I benefit from.From a customer service perspective I felt this was poor and could have been addressed...read full review
