Absolutely waste of time and it is a big scam, stay away . They will lure into a contract where most of the breakdown is not covered . They will also take a non refundable deductible. Horrible customer care .. stay away .

Absolute incompetence and waste of time and money. Unfortunately, I'm at the mercy of a Home Warrant company and do not have the option of using someone else. First visit - didn't have the part (I'll accept that) and stated would return on following Monday to complete repair. Tech failed to mention that they only work "in my area" one day a week and it is not Monday. 2nd technician showed up, installed part, destroyed air filter and instructed I buy the wrong size and didn't test the repair. Was more interested in trying to up sale me to "Sears Home Improvement Services"... I wouldn't let these clowns mow my yard, let alone do ANY type of repair/construction on my home....read full review
