Just called Matt the other day for a coolant leak and they arrived promptly as promised to fix the problem. I've been using Schelter for almost 15 years. My daughter just purchased a home in the Bethelview area of Cumming and was trying to get both of her systems checked & serviced (Heating & Air) prior to the cold weather setting in. She had made numerous calls to several businesses since she just returned to her legal job because of COVID-19 and finally I was able to contact the Schelter Heating & Air folks and worked out a scheduled appointment! The two gentlemen that came out were great! They completed the service request that was submitted and the made recommendations for prolonging the useful life for both systems since they were relatively new. They were prompt, courteous, very professional, down to earth folks whose cost estimate to conduct the service call was more then reasonable. They have been added to my daughters home maintenance book I provided her for trustworthy & professional businesses in the greater Cummings area. She will use their services again if the needed should the occasion arise. Thank you to the employees at Schelter Heating & Air for making my daughters transition into her first new home an enjoyable one!!

We've been calling around trying to get help with our upstairs unit, which is not keeping up. We had several unreturned calls and two other companies. One came by twice and the problem was still unresolved. Another wrote us an estimate that seemed a bit excessive. So, I found Matt's number and left a message asking for a second opinion. He was able to call me back and came within the hour! He quickly found some ductwork that was completely disconnected and patched it up for us. He gave us his recommendations, and I felt I was able to trust him. We'll be using Schelter again, for sure!
