Used this company for over 10 years now to service home air-conditioning system; always satisfied with quality, price, response and customer service. We had them coming to our house on Friday at 9 PM during one summer when our air-conditioner stopped working.Recommend Neese Jones to everyone.Services: Cleaning

Our furnace went out on 12/23. We had major holiday plans with our family. Dewey, the owner, responded immediately on Friday even though there was limited personnel working. He did all he could to assist us over Christmas weekend with multiple house visits and texts... remaining in constant contact as parts were being sourced. He even provided space heaters. The office personnel were outstanding, too. Russell, the technician, did an excellent job installing the final parts. My husband and I have never experienced such caring service from any business!
