They are known for being incredibly respectful, especially to older customers, and for their quick response. The team, including the professional and quiet crew, treats customers very well. They perform thorough investigations and offer professional advice, going above and beyond to solve problems, even in urgent situations. They handle installations, maintenance, furnace inspections, and build necessary parts onsite. Customers notice immediate improvements and recommend the company for all HVAC needs, praising their truly unbelievable and professional service.
I can't promise my experience with everyone, but I do want to share because it was so extraordinary. My parents started working with Hansard Heating & Cooling a few years back (Locally owned, local family...kids know their kids). My parents are older 90+ and they have treated them so incredibly well and so respectful. So, on Friday morning as we were getting ready to go to my father's funeral, the AC stopped working in his house (full of company). I called, left a detailed message about what was happening and Angie called me back right away. She gave condolences and pulled a small miracle out of her hat. Angie, Tim & his crew were great to work with. We originally scheduled to have a 5 inch media filter installed along with a UV light on two furnaces due to bad allergies in this house. Tim came out, asked questions, then performed a furnace inspection. He provided photos which showed a lot of dirt and mold in the plenum boxes on the return and supply sides. He built, onsite, 4 new steel & insulated plenum boxes, installed two 5 inch filter boxes & filters and two UV lights. His crew was so professional and so quiet coming in and out of the house, & they even vacuumed the carpet. We noticed an improvement in our allergies that day.
