First, the staff was awesome…kind, knowledgeable, efficient. Dr. Washington is awesome. She is thorough yet fast. She sees you as an individual and looks at your needs and desires and helps you decide what will work best for you. Best eye appointment I have ever had.
FANTASTIC office. The staff is quick, efficient, all are cross trained for all exams. Dr. Washington is wonderful- listens, talks fast but asks all the right questions. I was allotting more than an hour for this, and was in and out, after selecting frames and lenses and all exams and tests, within an hour easily. So fabulous. Really positive experience. And they take EyeMed Ameritas insurance!
When I tell you this office is so professional, courteous, kind, respectful and any other word you want to positively say about them. To say that they have a client for life is an understatement.
