1st time visitor at an America's Best for an eye exam

PROS:
*The staff was friendly and professional
*They have a decent amount of frames to select from for men and women.
*Setting my appointment and filling out all of my information and paperwork online was easy

CONS:
*Although I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, it still took about 30-40 minutes to check-in, due to the receptionist having an extremely hard time logging into my insurance portal.

*It took another 15-20 min to go in the back to do the initial screening that's done before the main eye exam

The staff was very helpful throughout the whole process. Anna went the extra mile to explain the warranty on my glasses. I've used other places and this Americs Best lived up to their name

Amazing customer service! I was seen a month ago and Anna went out of her way to ensure I understood my order and the upgrades associated with my prescription/vision. She was short staffed at that time but has added an AMAZING STAFF who values customer service. While I waited to be seen, I watched each staff member, especially Mrs. Kathy go out of there way to provide the best customer service possible and explain in great detail their order/options. I appreciate this staff and will recommend to my family and friends!
