Team 3 has been a great experience for me and my family. The Dennard's enjoy and love what they do & are very active in the community and church. I highly recommend their afternoon and training camp.

Team-3Hands down one of the best gyms around, it's a family oriented gym that gets results. The owners are one of a kind with hearts of gold.......Team-3 offers so many different options to keep it convenient for almost anyone.I give them 5 ?
