I’m giving this gym 3 stars simple because LA Fitness needs a major upgrade with their equipment. The Wi-Fi is only good if you’re in the front of the gym. Other than that, I enjoy the classes and the instructors.

The gym provides a supportive atmosphere, making it a good place for weight loss journeys. The Kids Klub and sauna are popular amenities, although the sauna can be busy at times. Some members appreciate the cleanliness and attention to detail from staff, especially from employees like Madison who consistently keep the facility tidy. However, there are occasional issues such as a lack of disinfecting wipes at stations, which can be disappointing for those concerned about hygiene. Overall, LA Fitness remains a great choice for a gym and offers many features that support members' fitness goals.

I love the gym and I enjoy working out however I am disappointed in the LA fitness that I've been a member of since it opened. I go to gyms all around the Atlanta area and I hate to say that this one is the worst. There are hardly any paper towels available, the floors are always dirty and it takes forever to get equipment repaired. I also go to the Planet fitness right down the street and it's totally the opposite.

I have seen a significantly positive change in the gym since Janay has been here as OPM. She allows LA (who is absolutely wonderful and the best caretaker, so thankful for her) to bring life back into the kids club. I see her go out of her way to clean up when she sees it’s needed and there’s no one else to step in. She always has a great attitude. Very thankful for Janay and La.
