Ive come to this place off and on for SO many years. Ive always enjoyed not only their quick and easy customer service, but they have great promotions running all the time to try new things. My biggest thing as Ive aged has been their spray booths. I feel I have a spray tan down to a Science. Occasionally I do their higher end bronzing beds and have good success on having an even tone by switching between the two randomly. I love going to Palm Beach Tan above any other tanning location Ive tried.
From day 1 it’s been by far the best tan/spray experience!! The ladies are beyond helpful and add a ton of knowledge along with great suggestions! They make it very welcoming and extremely comfortable to do what ever you need right down to personal suggestions! They never make ya feel weird with any questions seeing as their training has clearly defined the knowledge base!! Go tan/spray you won’t regret it!!!
I was there this morning around 9 and Katie asked if I've ever been there and I said no. First time. I've never gotten a spray tan and wanted to try it out. She spoke to me for about 30 minutes explaining step by step how to do and what to expect. Great customer service throughout the whole process. Thank you Katie for being so patient and polite the whole time. Got a membership. Oh and my spray tan looks AMAZING!
