The whole team displays high professionalism, which makes patients feel comfortable throughout their visits. The office is clean and well-kept. Patients report magnificent care above the call of duty from the clinical team. The nurse practitioners are amazing, thorough, and highly talented. They listen attentively to concerns, provide detailed explanations, and offer personalized treatment with positive results. Their medical expertise, knowledge, and treatment analysis are simply marvelous. Appointments typically start on time, and the check-in process is easy. Follow-up communication via MyChart receives quick and accurate replies. The experience is consistently pleasant, helpful, and fantastic, with staff described as calm, comforting, compassionate, and going above and beyond.
My experience was exceptional at the doctor's appointment on the fifth of August. There were greetings from the first person at desk, until the last person as I walked out of the office. The receptionist and nurses along with the fantastic doctor and staff were nice and professional in every aspect. I felt comfortable and I would certainly recommend my friends and family to make this doctor as their primary caregiver.
I have been going here for years and now I have found a jewel of a doctor Doctor INDIR is like a breath of fresh air and you know she’s going to listen to you and be professional and also very clean. I probably shouldn’t have wrote this review because she will be very much in demand now! Lol.
The staff is always gracious and courteous. I love treating with Dr. Roman. He is always understanding and careful to make sure I understand his directives. After many years I am grateful to have found a place where I am comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Roman for primary care! Kudos to all with many thanks.
