Have had quite a horrible experience since they switched my primary care. One day I was informed my previous provider was no longer there. I was placed with a new primary care doctor who was in residency, that experience was actually very great! Then I needed to come in for a drug test for some of my medications (this was nothing new to me) so I made the appt. The doctor I was placed with was not my new Dr, or anyone I had ever seen. I even was sent somewhere completely different. This new Dr I had never seen changed my medications (even though I have been on these medications/dosages for years). Practice is renovating, but change made things a little more comfortable. Receptionist was available and helpful. The nurse practitioner I saw spent a fair amount of time with me as my medical condition is somewhat complicated. I felt she was very personable and thorough. Definitely a good experience.
I was scared by reading the reviews but I'm glad I didn't listen to them. I guess everyone have they own experience. Mines was great. My nurse a d doctor were fabulous. Dr.Riaz and the nurse that was accompanying her today was fabulous, went above and beyond.... The check in was great as well. Bedside manners are great. Thank you for a great experience!
