Worked with Nick, who was absolutely amazing. He walked me through everything he was thinking, and this was a multi-day operation. He was incredibly patient and spent hours making sure my system was working properly.
I contacted Maintenance Unlimited Heating & Cooling regarding an issue with my HVAC system not coming on. The office manager Nic was awesome...scheduled me for same day service. The technician Nick was amazing. He practically diagnosed my issue in 2 min before he even entered the house. He performed expert troubleshooting; immediately pinpointed/confirmed the issue and performed repair expeditiously. Nick was very professional, personable, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable with great active listening and execution skills. I am very pleased with the service provided and my all-around experience with the company.
