“Long story made short, I hired another carpet cleaning company (that I will not name) to deep clean my 4 bedrooms and stairs. My daughter’s room had makeup stains on the floor. The picture added (with stains) was AFTER that particular company came out TWICE to “TRY” and remove the stains. The other picture is after Mr Cliff SUCCESSFULLY removed the stain in less than 45 mins. Not only did he exceed my expectations, he was very kind and respectful!! Which goes even farther with me.
