“I cannot say enough good things about A+ Cleaning Solutions, Miss Teneisha & Jimmy! I had them come and clean my carpets on two different occasions (once on 2/18/26 and again on 5/4/26 as I was preparing to move out of my rental). My back & side yards were entirely clay terrain so every time my dogs came inside the house and walked on the carpets, the tan carpet fabric would get discolored to a dark orange shade. Several puppy accidents later as well...my bedroom carpet was a hot mess and I tried treating it myself with so many different products that left it even worse off, I feel. A+ Cleaning Solutions was incredibly flexible on the scheduling in both instances. I even texted her on May 1st asking if they could come that following Monday, May 4th since I was vacating the property on the 5th. She responded right away and was willing to come on such short notice - I almost couldn't believe it. Both times they arrived within the 2-hour window I was given and finished in under 2 hours. The first time I had them clean was one bedroom carpet; the second time was 2 carpets, just for good measure. Both times the carpets turned out looking brand new. Their whole process is very respectful to the home - laying down blankets to use as a walkway and protective pathway for the hose, putting up a tarped door covering so they could leave the front door open and not risk letting bugs in the house or my dogs getting out, plastic shoe covers for me and for them while working on the carpet, and the pet stain solution they used the 2nd time was even scented like Mango! It was amazing! Their prices are VERY affordable. I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you Teneisha & Jimmy!”
