I have been serviced for at least 6 years and may have had difficulty on two occasions. One being no one was available to do stitch tribal/twist after waiting for quite some time, and the other being twist unraveling. I normally arrive first on Saturdays and have no issue getting in and out. I never observe my hair in great detail but I tend to like my hair afterwards. I’ve been to many other African salons and this one has the least amount of drama. They don’t take many breaks and they have many braiders. I personally don’t think they deserve as low of a rating.
It's a decent place to get your hair braided with 2 to 3 people on your head except for busy days like around major holidays. The only issue I had was the length of my braids when I wanted them shorter.
Went in for individual plaits since im doing the rest of my hair by myself and just needed a headstart. I called a few hours before and they said the price would be $105-$120 for small parts. I come in and double check everything is as stated before but, then they said it would be $140. I referred to my phone call earlier that day then my stylist Panda and the owner (I think) had a conversation and then they said okay to $120. I came in at 6:30pm and left at 10pm. I would give more stars but, my issue is that I came in for just the parting and so I expect it to be very precise.
