I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit.
This was my first visit here and the level of customer service from the time I checked in to checking out was amazing. Dr. Simpson was very nice and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and offered suggestions. Marquise who took my X-ray imaging was very gentle and nice. Overall, my experience was good, I just hope it continues through the rest of my treatment.
My provider was very helpful & knowledgeable about my situation. She guided me through my ongoing process of healing & came through with a plan to help strengthen my healing. Thank you
