After our house burned down, S&P Construction gutted and rebuilt our house with brilliance, attention to detail, transparency, and care. Todd and Shane are unlike anyone we ever worked with -- their vision is genius, and their kindness and honesty is so rare. In addition to a major rebuild we had to adhere to the Historic Preservation Committee's rules and regulations, and S & P made what could have easily been impossible obstacles smooth and painless. Thank you S&P for returning us home.

Todd Parker and S&P Construction are simply one of the best home renovators in Athens. Toddy renovated our Victorian in Normaltown (which had been converted into 4 apts in the 1970's), and was talented, considerate, and budget-aware. And he and his team were genuine good people, too.
