Their services also include accessibility construction and design, design-build, barn construction, deck construction and repair, building addition, demolition, exterior remodeling and renovation, as well as construction document preparation and project management. After our house burned down, S&P Construction gutted and rebuilt our house with brilliance, attention to detail, transparency, and care. In addition to a major rebuild we had to adhere to the Historic Preservation Committee's rules and regulations, and S & P made what could have easily been impossible obstacles smooth and painless. I have used S&P for projects in 2 different homes in the past year. In fact, through my referral, they are working on a close relative’s home presently. It’s a very challenging partial update and reno of a 100+ yr old farmhouse. Their work is impeccable, thorough and priced right. In fact, they will try their best to save you money wherever possible, which is much appreciated! I wouldn’t even consider any other contractor for any future construction needs.
This company added a porch to our home and it is absolutely amazing. The construction is wonderful, but the brilliance is how they pay attention to every detail. From the subtle color in the flooring to the most beautiful high ceiling. At night we sit on the porch and look at the moon and stars. I highly recommend S&P Construction.
