I know all people cannot have good experiences. We have been using Air Service for close to 19 years. They have always been excellent and very customer oriented. For example: I had major surgery in August. The a/c unit went out the day I was to return home @ 95 degrees. In two days they had a new unit in. The old heat pump was 30+ years old.Anyway, I never had to call them back for any reason after service calls twice a year. Duane, his son and others are very sincere.
