After being informed by a company—let’s call them “X Heating and Cooling”—that my system would require $4,800 in repairs, I decided to seek a second opinion based on recommendations from the Oglethorpe County Facebook community. Several people suggested Acker Heating and Cooling, and I am so glad I followed their advice. The technician from Acker was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. Within 40 minutes, he had my system up and running. In contrast, the technician from Company X spent only about 15 minutes on-site before providing his so-called “educated” diagnosis. I usually go to Kiki’s because it’s very close and convenient for me. Sung just gave me the most delightful foot massage with my pedicure that I’ve had in a long time though. I have fibromyalgia that causes a lot of foot and leg pain and usually the massages are a little rougher than I like but his was perfect! I will ask for him again!!!
