Ordered propane. They require payment just to place the order. Said it would be 3 to 5 days for delivery, 6 days later no delivery and they said my order was pending. Canceled order and got better service at another supplier. Now watch them respond with their cut and paste response. Now I found that even though my order was canceled, they did not refund my credit card charge. When I called, they actually asked me if I wanted the charge refunded. I guess refunding a charge on a canceled order is something special that you have to request.

I've been waiting for more than a month for a conversion kit to convert my stove from natural gas to propane. No one at Mountain Gas seems to care enough to do anything about it.UPDATE: Mountain Gas has addressed my complaint to my total satisfaction and I've given them a more favorable rating this time. Thank you Mountain Gas.

I'm a new customer. I ordered propane last week on Monday, they came out on Thursday and filled my tank. The storm hit Friday night and the power went out Saturday morning. Thanks to the quick delivery I was able to run my propane generator until late Monday when the power came back on.This is a great company and I will recommend them to everyone.
