However, some customers have reported issues with billing and discontinuing service.
I recently had to call Blossman for an after hours emergency service. We were experiencing issues with our auxiliary heat system that turned out to be from our propane tank being too low to operate everything. Timing was unfortunate as it was the morning of a big winter storm. Fortunately I was able to get in contact with Blossman and they had a service tech out in our area. Shawn stopped by our house and not only filled our tank, but he also checked all our valves to ensure everything was functioning properly before he left. He was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I will continue to trust Blossman and their team for all of our propane needs.
Very pleased with the service we got when switching to Blossman. Easy process of signing up in the office. The following week, Thomas Meeks came out to inspect the tank and fill it up. He was super nice and helpful. Even explained what he was doing as he was going it. Not sure if there was a way to leave a tech a review, so wanted to leave 5 stars for Thomas here.
Dakota and Jonathan were amazing! They came through in a crisis. I was completely out of gas and had guest coming in this weekend. I was told initially it would be Tuesday that the gas would be delivered. They called today and said they were in the area and came out before my guest came and checked everything out and filled my tank. I am so grateful for the service they provided when I needed it the most. Thank you Blossman for making it work!
