Osorio is my goto HVAC person for the last 10 years, I have rental properties and anytime there is an issue with the heating / cooling system in one of the houses he or his team go and fix in timely manner. In some cases where a systems or part of it is old he will recommend to replace - which he did a few times. I trust him 100% and always accept his recommendation. Prices are very reasonable and I do not need to have a second quote for anything. I travel and just sending him a txt message from anywhere in the world and I know that he will solve the issue.
